What is a session?
Sessions are 1 on 1 private virtual calls with a qualified healthcare provider licensed for the service you're requesting.
What happens after checkout?
After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirmation with a Google Calendar invite link from your provider.
What should I expect for the session I booked?
Please show up to your scheduled session 5 minutes early. Make sure you're in a quite environment so you can hear the provider and have enough space to perform the necessary activities.
Depending on the type of service, we recommend having water, a towel, and a yoga mat on hand.
The provider will walk you through your session and advise you throughout the call.
Note: Remember these are 1 on 1 private sessions, not group calls. The provider will work specifically with you based on your goals and needs to help you achieve them to the best of their ability.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
No problem! Chiry strives to allow you full control over when you want to book your session. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you think you need to reschedule. To do so, simply message the provider you are scheduled with or request a new time through the Google Calendar invite link in your email.
What is a program?
Programs are 1 on 1 private virtual calls with a qualified healthcare provider licensed for the service you're requesting.
They will use the call to discuss your goals and build out a personalized 30-day program for you to follow with weekly check-ins to make monitor your progress.
